Make your own wraps for lunch and/or dinner!
2 cups of flour
3 tablespoons of cooking oil
¾ cup of warm water
½ teaspoon of salt
Sift flour and salt
Stir in oil and water to make stiff dough
Knead until smooth and elastic
Put dough in lightly oiled bowl and cover. Leave at room temperature for 30 mins
Divide dough into 8 balls
Roll out each ball flat to approximately 20cm round
In a pan on stove, cook each portion for 45 seconds each side
Number of servings, prep time and cooking time depend on how much you are making
