Foodbanks rely on regular donations to ensure they have the available supplies to help people in need throughout the year. When stocks are low it can be a struggle to provide the critical items needed by people who walk through their doors.
That’s why we created a recurring donation option, making it easy for anyone to donate critical items on a regular basis - weekly, fortnightly or monthly. It’s quick and simple to make your donation recurring - simply check the recurring donation box when making your purchase.
Hundreds of generous people have become regular donors and are helping their local foodbank hub make the weekly food parcels needed to feed their community. We think they are amazing and call them our Everyday Food Heroes.

Each time your recurring donation is processed, you'll receive an email receipt confirming your payment. If you make more than 10 donations in a financial year, you're welcome to ask for a donation summary receipt to replace each of the ones you receive regularly. These are only generated on request, so make sure you contact us at the end of the financial year.

How to set up your recurring donation
- Click on the product you want to donate regularly
- Above the "Donate" button, choose the frequency you'd like to donate the item (weekly, fortnightly, monthly, bi-monthly)
- Click "Donate" and wait until the item has been added to your cart (the button will return to a solid colour instead of faded)
- Once payment has gone through and your subscription has successfully been set up, your donation will go out automatically at the frequency you selected. You'll receive a tax receipt via email each time the donation is processed and your card has been charged.
