Ingredients
Directions
Cook noodles according to packet instructions , without adding the noodle flavour satchet
Drain water from cooked noodles
Heat oil in large frying pan over medium - high heat
Add mince, garlic and cook until brown
Stir in flavouring satchets and frozen mixed vegetables to the mince and cook for two mins and then add water
Bring the pan to boil and then mix in cooked noodles
Cook for another 2 - 3 mins
Remove from heat and serve
Recipe Note
Optional: Can add curry powder for more flavour!
