To make the sauce, into a small saucepan place the spring onion, vinegar, tomatoes and sugar bringing it to a simmer for 10 minutes. Mix the corn flour with 2 tablespoons of water then stir through the sauce cooking until it thickens.
In a large frying pan heated to a medium heat, brown the meatballs evenly and until cooked through for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan.
Heat the oil in the pan and fry the vegetables for 8 minutes or until cooked through. Add the meatballs back along with the sauce bringing it all to a simmer.
Serve hot with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Recipe Note
Tip: Another option is to use a bought jar of Sweet & Sour.
