Preheat oven to 150°C.
Beat butter and icing sugar together until well combined. Add cornflour and flour. Mix well to form a soft dough.
Wrap dough and refrigerate for 10 mins. Roll the dough on baking paper to ¼ cm thick.
Cut with decorative shapes. Scoop up leftovers and reroll. Use a little extra flour if needed.
Place the shapes onto a baking tray. Bake for 20-25 mins. Cool on a wire rack.
